• Guide potential clients through our portfolio of insurance products to identify coverage that matches their life.
• Follow up with warm leads to discuss how our agency can provide better protection and peace of mind.
• Study and master the specifics of our insurance offerings so you can answer questions with clarity and ease.
• Document client conversations and policy updates accurately in our management system.
• Participate in team morning meetings to share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep our momentum high.

• Valid Illinois Property and Casualty producer license is a bonus
• Clear and confident verbal communication style.
• Ability to learn and navigate new digital platforms and internal systems.
• Personal drive to reach goals and help others find the right solutions.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a helpful bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
