AECOM is seeking a highly experienced
Client Account Manager/Senior Project Manager
- Environmental Compliance focused
with expertise in environmental health & safety compliance and account management to support business growth and client engagement. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with an existing book of clients, strong relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of environmental compliance strategies. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative environmental solutions.
This hybrid position can be based out of AECOM’s offices in Houston, TX;
Austin, TX;
Chicago, IL;
Cincinnati, OH;
Denver, CO;
Fort Collins, CO;
Minneapolis, MN; or Orange, CA. We are also open to candidates not located in these areas, however, must be located within the Western Region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand AECOM’s environmental compliance services.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities in the public and private sectors.
- Leverage an existing book of clients to generate sales and secure high-value environmental projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and present proposals, technical solutions, and service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to align with client needs and financial objectives.
- Provide industry insight and stay updated on environmental regulations, compliance standards, and emerging trends.
- Support cross-business collaboration to provide integrated environmental solutions across multiple sectors.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the long-term strategic vision of AECOM.
