Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in metal working fluids across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing
  .
• Meet or exceed sales targets and report market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demos to support sales efforts.

• Provide on-site technical support and fluid management services to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing machining processes related to fluids.
• Maintain detailed service reports
  , log customer interactions, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
• Support product trials, commissioning
  , and application support at customer locations.

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in metal working fluids, industrial lubricants, or related areas.
• Proven track record in technical sales and service support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a field territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
