Branch Counter Sales​/Customer Service

Dreisilker Electric Motors Inc. seeks a Branch Counter Sales/Customer Service team member for our Chicago location. In this on-site role, you'll assist industrial, commercial, and HVAC customers with electric motors, drives, controls, and related products. Responsibilities include counter sales, order entry, quoting, and basic product support while coordinating with warehouse and service teams. Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the branch counter for electric motors, drives, and controls
• Provide quotes, process orders, and handle returns in the ERP/point-of-sale system
• Answer phone and email inquiries, offering product and application support
• Assist customers in selecting the right motors and components for industrial and HVAC uses
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to check inventory and arrange order fulfillment
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe counter and showroom areas
• Build long-term relationships with repeat industrial and commercial customers
• Support outside sales and service teams with order entry and follow-up
• Handle basic troubleshooting and direct technical issues to specialists as needed
• Follow company procedures for safety, cash handling, and documentation
