PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to join our student-focused retail team. In this role, you'll guide customers in selecting band, orchestra, and other musical instruments, accessories, and lesson programs that fit their goals and budgets. You'll provide expert product knowledge, process rentals and sales, support repairs drop-off, and maintain attractive, organized displays. You'll help drive store revenue through consultative selling, outstanding customer service, and community outreach to schools.

This role collaborates closely with lesson staff and educators, supports events, and upholds our friendly, inclusive, performance-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, accessories, and lessons
• Process rentals, sales transactions, and basic repair intakes
• Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays
• Deliver high-quality customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Support outreach to local schools and community music programs
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Collaborate with lesson staff and educators to support student needs
• Stay current on product features, promotions, and financing options
• Assist with store events, recitals, and special promotions
• Follow store operational procedures, cash handling, and inventory controls
