Channel Manager
The Channel Sales Manager is a full-time role based in the Greater Chicago Area. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, cloud sellers and consumers, and strategic alliances, to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new channel opportunities, onboarding and training partners, coordinating joint sales activities, and supporting partners throughout the sales cycle, and achieving monthly quota.
The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and operations teams to create partner programs, set performance targets, and track results. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer service, addressing partner and end-customer needs, and ensuring that Stratus Networks' solutions are positioned effectively in the market.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners with background in, Cloud, AI, and Security sales.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess a background in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
- Experience in telecommunications, networking, or technology services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple partner accounts, and meet revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM and standard office software required.
- Must have a valid drivers license and car
- Must be able to travel
Salary - $95K - $115K
