Regional Technical Sales Specialist

Hoerbiger is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Specialist to grow our compression, drive, and mechatronic solutions portfolio across industrial customers. You will combine deep technical understanding with consultative selling, visiting customer sites, assessing applications, and proposing engineered solutions that enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety. Partner closely with engineering and service teams, manage a regional territory, and build long-term relationships in an engineering-driven, innovation-focused environment with global exposure and strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales of HOERBIGER compression, drive, and mechatronic solutions to industrial customers
• Provide technical product demonstrations, sizing, and application support to engineering and maintenance teams
• Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and account strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify customer needs, specify solutions, and prepare technical proposals and quotations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract award, and handover
• Build long-term relationships with OEM, EPC, and end-user customers in oil & gas and process industries
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams on custom and retrofit solutions
• Conduct site visits, equipment assessments, and troubleshooting in coordination with service teams
• Track opportunities and activities in CRM and provide timely reporting and market feedback
• Represent HOERBIGER at industry events, technical seminars, and customer training sessions
