The Client Engagement Executive (CEE) is a strategic member of the Enterprise team, responsible for accelerating onboarding, deepening client value, and securing renewals across a portfolio of first- and second-year Euromonitor accounts. In this role, the CEE builds senior-level relationships, expands engagement across priority teams and functions, and ensures clients are positioned to derive measurable value from Euromonitor’s intelligence. By combining commercial discipline with a consultative understanding of client priorities, CEEs translate client challenges and unmet needs into tailored engagement strategies, while also serving as a key internal voice of the customer to inform service delivery and product development.
Coreresponsibilities include:
- · Lead the onboarding strategy for new Euromonitor accounts, accelerating adoption and building early momentum across priority stakeholder groups within the client organization.
- · Own revenue retention outcomes while identifying and advancing opportunities for syndicated research sales growth within assigned accounts.
- · Develop and execute tailored annual engagement plans that strengthen Euromonitor’s presence, align activity to client priorities, and create clear pathways to measurable value.
- · Conduct proactive account intelligence to identify expansion opportunities, surface unmet needs, and position Euromonitor’s value proposition with senior and influential stakeholders.
- · Partner with Research teams to shape high-impact client engagement agendas and ensure client priorities are reflected in internal planning, service delivery, and product feedback.
- · Manage the overall client partnership across assigned organizations, including executive check-ins, value reviews, renewal preparation, stakeholder training, account research, and the development of actionable service and growth strategies.
- · Lead renewal negotiations with confidence, fairness, and commercial judgment, structuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and achievement of retention targets.
- · Continuously identify ways to increase client value by driving deeper utilization of existing resources, connecting client objectives to Euromonitor capabilities, and reinforcing the impact of the partnership.
- · Demonstrated track record of setting, owning, and exceeding ambitious commercial and client engagement goals.
- · High intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and a growth mindset, with the ability to uncover strategic client needs and translate them into actionable opportunities.
· Successful experience in sales, account management, client engagement, or a related commercial role, with evidence of sustained performance and increasing responsibility.
· Consistently goal-oriented and accountable for results, with a history of performing at or above target in commercially driven environments.
· Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, navigate complex client situations, and pursue opportunities with disciplined urgency.
· Confident in engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, adapting communication style to influence decision-makers across levels, functions, and geographies.
· Highly organized and disciplined in managing complex stakeholder networks, follow-up cadences, scheduling priorities, and multiple concurrent account initiatives.
· International perspective and cultural fluency, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues across regions and markets.
· Collaborative and influential internal partner, able to align colleagues across Research, Commercial, and Client teams around client priorities.
· Willingness to travel as needed, with the maturity and judgment to prioritize in-person engagement where it will create the greatest client and commercial impact.
