Brand Assistant – Entry Level

The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring a Brand Assistant to join our growing sales and marketing team in Oak Brook. This is an entry-level, face-to-face position focused on retail sales, customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign support for nationally recognized brands.

This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development while building the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.

As a Brand Assistant, you’ll work alongside our sales and marketing team to learn the day-to-day execution of retail campaigns. You’ll interact directly with customers, represent client products and services, explain current promotions, and contribute to customer acquisition and campaign goals.

Hands-on training is provided in:

• Customer service and customer engagement
• Retail sales and marketing strategies
• Brand representation and campaign execution
• Leadership and business fundamentals
• Performance tracking and goal setting

• Represent client brands within assigned retail locations
• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
• Educate customers on products, services, pricing, and current promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support customer acquisition and sales goals
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Track individual and team performance metrics
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to daily and weekly campaign objectives

• Interest in sales, marketing, business, or leadership
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
