Regional Sales Manager
Location: Fully Remote - Illinois Market
Salary: $108,000 - $140,000 + Bonus
Our client seeks a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a key retail account in the Illinois market.
What you'll be doing- Own the day-to-day relationship with a large regional retail supermarket customer with complex, high-touch needs.
- Grow market share and expand product presence across the account.
- Partner cross-functionally on forecasting, promotions, and category strategy.
- Travel roughly 50% by vehicle throughout the Illinois market.
- Prior sales experience calling on a major Midwest supermarket chain - you know their processes, systems, and nuances.
- A background in perishables is required: produce, dairy, butter, meat, seafood, or similar.
- A track record of growing an account rather than managing it flat.
- A hungry, growth-oriented, self-directed approach - this team is specific about that.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
