This is a strong opportunity for someone who has already developed their skills within carrier sales and wants to join an established brokerage environment where carrier relationships are genuinely valued.
You’ll have responsibility for negotiating rates, securing capacity, protecting margins and developing relationships that directly influence the success of the wider business.
If you're comfortable on the phone, understand how the freight market moves and enjoy the challenge of finding the right truck at the right price while maintaining strong carrier relationships, this could be an excellent next step.
