Broadway In Chicago seeks Part-Time Sales Agents for the Broadway Playhouse

The Broadway Playhouse Sales Agent will work in the Broadway Playhouse Box Office assisting with will call, ticket sales, customer service and may also assist the subscription and group sales department assisting Group and Subscription buyers on the phone as well as additional tasks as needed. Start/end dates and scheduled weekly hours are flexible with some evening and weekend hours that may be required.

• Excellent communication skills including verbal and writing skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn computerized ticketing system.
• An enthusiasm for the arts, entertainment, music, and/or pop culture.
• Fast paced environment with attention to details a must.

Average hourly schedule:
Approximately 20 hours or above per week.

This is an hourly union position requiring daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. (Current IATSE Local 750 union membership not required to interview & apply.)

Starting pay rate for this position is $19.99/ per hour.

Benefits under this Collective Bargaining Agreement include Overtime & holiday pay on scheduled hours worked, paid vacation earned as per employee handbook, and Employer contribution toward Union health insurance plan- plans are based on membership qualifications and plan selection.
