Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular retailer and wholesaler visits to gather market insights on company products and competitors, while building and maintaining strong relationships as the brand representative.

Execute approved in-store and wholesale activation programs, including promotions, festivals, sponsored events, and pop-up activities.

Support point-of-sale brand building by ensuring approved branding materials are properly displayed and the in-store brand presentation is consistent.

Monitor retail and wholesale pricing to support healthy and sustainable brand growth.

Job Requirements

with a valid U.S. driver‘s licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Proven field sales or retail experience; experience in regulated consumer goods or FMCG is preferred.

Familiarity with the relevant industry and retail market.

Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills; energetic and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel frequently and build a long-term career in field sales.

Candidates based in Chicago, Dallas, Florida, Georgia (Atlanta), or North Carolina are preferred. Chinese-speaking candidates, international students with valid work authorization, and U.S. visa holders are welcome to apply.

Full-time with base salary plus performance-based bonus.

Travel allowance and reimbursement for business-related mileage.
