- Train at our Pilsen location while The Geraghty North prepares to open and become fully operational.
- Be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed for events and client commitments.
- Bring energy, flexibility, and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.
- Drive new business:
Prospect, cold call, network, and build relationships to generate new venue bookings and meet sales goals. - Build client relationships:
Develop lasting partnerships with new and existing clients through consistent communication, presentations, proposals, and follow‑up. - Own the sales process:
Create compelling proposals, secure contracts and deposits, and manage opportunities from initial inquiry through booking. - Collaborate across teams:
Partner with Venue, Event Design, Production, and Event Reps to ensure events are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations. - Be the client’s advocate:
Serve as a key point of contact before and during events, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. - Support event execution:
Coordinate with vendors, deliveries, load‑in/load‑out, and event logistics as needed. - Stay ahead of the industry:
Identify emerging trends, target markets, and best practices to help grow the venue and strengthen its competitive position. - Represent the brand:
Bring professionalism, integrity, creativity, and enthusiasm to every client interaction and industry connection.
- 3–5 years of proven sales and event production experience, ideally in hospitality, events, catering, creative, or related industries.
- A proven track record of sales success, including prospecting, presentations, relationship building, and closing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to work with clients and teams at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with excellent follow‑through and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced event environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; event planning software experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel to clients and other markets as needed.
- Knowledge of the event venue and hospitality industry is preferred.
