Sales Executive; Graduate

Are you graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 and looking to begin a career in sales?

In this fast paced, sales-focused role, you’ll build your own specialist market, develop relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with clients through calls, email, Linked In, and networking events
• Meet with clients to understand their businesses, hiring challenges, and talent needs
• Build a strong personal brand through social media and create engaging content that attracts clients and candidates
• Headhunt high performing professionals within your specialist market
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
• Manage the interview process from candidate submission through to offer
• Negotiate fees, salaries, and employment offers
• Attend and host networking events while becoming a trusted voice within your market
• Build and manage your own client and candidate network

What We’re Looking For

• Graduating in Spring or Summer 2027
• A genuine interest in building a career in sales
• Some previous sales experience through a part-time job, internship, side hustle, or similar environment
• An expected GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
• Ability to work full time from our Chicago office after graduation
• A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
• A competitive, ambitious, and goal oriented mindset
• Confidence communicating with different types of people
• Resilience and the ability to respond positively to challenges and setbacks
• Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship degrees are preferred, but all degree backgrounds will be considered
