Spencer Rigby is partnered with a leading hemostasis diagnostics company delivering reagent, digital, and automated testing solutions that help hospital labs make faster, more accurate diagnostic decisions across the US.
We're seeking a driven Territory Sales Executive to own a dedicated sales territory, manage total-solution accounts across reagents, hardware, and digital platforms, and drive revenue growth through both new business and existing account expansion.
What You'll Own
- Territory sales strategy across the hemostasis reagent, hardware, and digital portfolio
- Full sales cycle ownership prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
- Cross-functional collaboration with account management, marketing, and support teams to win high-value contracts
- Clinical, operational, and financial presentations to hospital leadership
- Competitive intelligence and positioning across the hemostasis diagnostics landscape
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in Clinical or laboratory diagnostics (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Strong technical grasp of hemostasis/coagulation testing and how it drives lab efficiency
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo and displace competitors in hospital accounts
- Executive presence and credibility with senior hospital stakeholders
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory (~70%)
