Customer Sales Manager– New Business Development (Chicago, IL)

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Customer Sales Manager to help lead and grow our team in Chicago. This role is all about developing new business, mentoring reps, and strengthening customer relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative brokerage environment.

• Lead and support a team of Customer Sales Representatives focused on new business acquisition
• Sell along side the sales team, lead by example until the new sales team is large enough to strictly manage.
• Help reps develop customer pipelines, quote freight efficiently, and build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with Operations and Leadership to ensure customers receive best-in-class service
• Identify growth opportunities and shape sales strategy for the Chicago office

• Proven experience in logistics or freight brokerage (management experience strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and growth
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago
