Are you early in your sales career and looking for an opportunity where your phone, communication, and relationship-building skills can make a meaningful impact?
We're looking for an Admissions Representative with 1–3 years of inside sales, phone sales, recruiting, admissions, or other high-volume phone experience to help adult learners return to school and earn their degrees.
This is a phone-intensive, goal-oriented position where you'll work directly with prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. You'll spend a significant portion of your day speaking with prospective students by phone, following up with leads, building relationships, overcoming obstacles, and helping qualified students take the next step toward returning to school.
This is a consultative environment rather than a high-pressure sales role, but successful candidates should be comfortable working the phones, following up consistently with leads, and being accountable for enrollment goals.
What You'll Do- Connect with prospective students by phone and guide them through the college selection and enrollment process.
- Conduct one-on-one admissions interviews to understand each student's goals and recommend appropriate educational pathways.
- Consistently follow up with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Manage prospective student leads and maintain accurate activity and follow-up documentation in the CRM.
- Build relationships, address objections, and help prospective students overcome barriers to enrollment.
- Meet established enrollment and student-success goals.
- Continue supporting students after enrollment and work with partner colleges and universities to help students progress toward graduation.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years of inside sales, phone sales, admissions recruiting, recruiting, or similar high-volume phone experience preferred.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday communicating with prospects by phone.
- Experience following up with leads, prospects, or customers and working toward measurable goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, persistent, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
- Higher education admissions experience is a plus, but not required

- Work from home Wednesday after training/90 days
