Account Manager

We're looking to speak with Strategic Account Managers who know how to win and grow key accounts in grocery, natural/specialty retail, and food service/on-premise channels.

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with major retail and distributor accounts across the Greater Chicago Area and wider Midwest
• Drive distribution gains, new item launches, and shelf/menu placement for a fast-moving frozen food portfolio
• Lead pricing, trade spend, and promotional planning for key accounts
• Partner closely with marketing and category teams to build account-specific growth strategies
• Track performance using syndicated data and translate it into action

• 4+ years of CPG or beverage sales/account management experience, better-for-you, or natural/specialty food & drink strongly preferred
• A proven track record growing key or national accounts, ideally with grocery, natural retail, or food service/distributor relationships
• Comfortable operating at pace in a growing, entrepreneurial brand environment
• Based in or willing to be field-based across the Greater Chicago Area
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Base salary: $90,000–$130,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus/commission structure on top of base
