Territory Business Manager, Dermatology - Naperville, IL

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop strong disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while meeting legal and compliance regulations.
• Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
• Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
• Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and ability to learn.
• Strong customer service urgency.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.
