• Prospect and network by phone, email, and in‑person visits to potential customers’ facilities, attending industry‑related functions to identify key decision makers and discuss their current cleaning needs to create new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and bid presentations, determining customer needs, working with the sales team to establish costs, and producing a proposal containing operational strategy, expectations, specifications, and competitive pricing.
• Facilitate an effective start‑up for new business by partnering with each department to develop a game plan that ensures a smooth transition to operations.

• Experienced sales professional with 3‑5 years of experience.
• Proven Janitorial sales record.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, polite.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
