This role is straight uncapped commission!
Responsibilities- Conduct in-home and in-showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
- Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry
- Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and relationship building
- Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism at local events and community outreach
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or product specifications is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within the local service area
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
