This role is for an experienced learning and training consultant with strong Client Management and Sales experience in the group benefits/ancillary employee benefits space. The Training & Development Specialist IV will develop and deliver advanced training for Sales and Client Management professionals across Regional and National Account segments, with a focus on improving field sales execution, client management excellence, broker engagement, and consultative selling capabilities.

- Required education:
Bachelor’s degree - Required experience:
8–12+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, national account management, or distribution leadership. - Preferred experience:
Experience designing and delivering advanced sales capability programs. - Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel only (such as for planning purposes, team-building, or conferences) may be required.
