Job Title:Senior Business Development Manager – IT Services
Location: Chicago, IL

The strongest candidate should have IT services/business development sales experience combined with Energy & Utilities domain exposure
. This is primarily a revenue-generating, client-facing sales role—not a delivery/project-management position.
Core skills to screen for:
- IT Services Sales / Business Development
- Selling Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, ERP/SAP, Cybersecurity, Application Development, Dev Ops, or Managed Services
- Lead generation and relationships with CIO/CTO/IT Director/Procurement stakeholders
- RFP/RFI, proposals, pricing, contracts, and negotiations
- Account management and revenue/pipeline ownership
- CRM:
Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Microsoft Dynamics - Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling
Major advantages: an existing Energy & Utilities client network and knowledge of Smart Grid, SCADA, GIS, IoT, Asset Management, Energy Trading, power generation, transmission, and distribution
