Area Sales Coordinator

White Lodging -  - Responsibilities:
Route incoming sales leads, draft group proposals, and manage group bookings from initial inquiry through confirmation;
Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts and proactively communicate details to hotel operations teams;
Prepare and distribute sales contracts, group resumes, banquet event orders, and other sales correspondence;
Maintain accurate records in the hotel sales system (Delphi, CI/TY, or comparable platform) — tracking leads, bookings, and client communications;
Assist in coordinating and executing sales blitzes, client appreciation events, site visits, and property tours that support prospecting and account development
