Qualifying individual with P & C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00/month Plus up to 12% commission plus weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.

We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Payable after 90 days Probation.

• Generate sales from the different sources of leads available
• Build relationship with realtors, car dealerships etc
• Build customers relationship
• Cross sales and up sales

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
• P&C liscense preferred Must be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire LIcensing assistance available
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
