As a National Sales Manager, you will drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and deliver impactful cross-platform campaigns across linear TV, streaming, and advanced advertising. Your leadership and vision will help clients navigate a rapidly evolving media landscape, making a lasting impact on Spectrum's continued growth.

• Lead national advertising initiatives that sell multi-market campaigns and elevate Spectrum's brand
• Guide clients and agencies through complex media environments across linear TV, streaming, and advanced advertising
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with agencies and brands to expand business opportunities
• Utilize industry knowledge to articulate client strategies and drive positive results
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term success
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting sales leads
• Collaborate with agency partners to deliver innovative advertising solutions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of media sales experience

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $98,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $48,605.
