Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative(SDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualifications.

This fully remote role includes a 90-dayrampperiod, during which new hires will complete onboarding, training, anddemonstratecoreskills.

  Bsales intelligence & engagementplatformto find, connect with, and convert potential customers.

• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns(outbound calls& emails) to engagewithleads.

• Manage a high volume of daily activities toachievebookedmeetingsgoals.

• Schedule discovery meetings tobetterqualify leadsto understandingtheirchallenges and needs.

• Complete discovery worksheets to accessfit based on established qualification criteria.

• Book CNA meetings for qualified prospects to the assigned AEsin that market.

• Meet or exceed monthlygoalsfor qualifiedmeetingsbooked.

• Follow up persistently with prospects whilemaintainingprofessionalism.

• Nurture relationships with prospects that are notready tobuyimmediately.

• Developadeep understanding of Beasley’sbrands anddigitalchannels.

• Stay current on digital media and advertising industry trends.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

• 2+years of experience inB2
  
  Boutboundsales, sales development, or inside sales.

• Proficiency using CRM tools and experience using sales enablement software.

• Familiarity with advertising and digital marketing solutions.

• Bachelor’s degreein business, marketing, orrelated field preferred.
