THE ROLE

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of new business across an assigned multi-state territory. This role will engage healthcare providers and executive decision-makers throughout the sales process, from initial qualification and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiations, and close. The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise software sales experience, a proven ability to build relationships with healthcare organizations, and a strategic approach to developing pipeline and exceeding sales goals.

WHAT

YOU WILL DO
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business across hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers within an assigned geographic territory.

  • Conduct qualifying calls and discovery conversations with healthcare decision-makers to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to consistently create and advance new business opportunities.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly connect our client's solutions to customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders throughout the sales process.

  • Lead complex negotiations and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes to successfully close enterprise opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate and consistent pipeline activity, forecasting, and account information throughout the sales cycle.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Solutions Consultants, and Revenue Operations to improve sales strategies, processes, and overall pipeline performance.

  • Stay informed on healthcare and health-tech trends to better understand customer challenges and position our client's solutions effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably selling SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and developing a strong pipeline of new business.

  • Experience selling into hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, or other healthcare organizations.

  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to conduct discovery, identify customer needs, and communicate business value.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both executive decision-makers and other customer stakeholders.

  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and lengthy decision-making processes.

  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage a large pipeline and multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with Sales Leadership, Solutions Consultants, Revenue Operations, and other internal teams.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.

  • Ability to travel at least 25% annually.
