Looking to launch your career in clinical research, psychology, neuroscience, healthcare, or behavioral health? IMA Clinical Research is seeking a motivated and personable Patient Recruiter to support enrollment efforts for active clinical studies.

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates, aspiring healthcare professionals, psychology or neuroscience majors, pre‑med students, or individuals with strong customer‑facing experience who are interested in gaining hands‑on exposure to the clinical research field.

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll connect with potential study participants, help guide them through the screening process, and play a key role in supporting groundbreaking research studies.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants
• Pre‑screen candidates for study eligibility
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with research staff
• Educate participants on study expectations and next steps
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation
• Provide a positive and professional participant experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone throughout the day
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Customer service, call center, healthcare, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• Passion for healthcare, clinical research, or behavioral health
