Security - Viewhouse DTC

We are looking for Security to join our team at Viewhouse in Centennial . Each Viewhouse location promises a vibrant atmosphere, indoor & outdoor flatscreens, & a variety of bar activities. Hourly pay:
Pay: $20-23 per hour

Position Overview:

As a Security you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the restaurant, employees, and guests. You’ll monitor the premises, ensure the protection of assets, handle any security incidents, and ensure compliance with restaurant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the restaurant property, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and dining areas.

Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property by responding to security concerns and incidents in a calm and professional manner.

Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities.

Provide a visible security presence and manage crowd control during peak hours.

Address any safety hazards and report them to management.

Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical situations and disturbances.

Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Enforce restaurant policies and regulations to maintain a positive and secure atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.

Ability to walk or stand for long periods and move quickly in emergency situations.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Will be required to get a guard card but it is not required to have it before starting
