Unarmed Flex Officer

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Full Time Unarmed Flex Officer to join our security team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work at a variety of sites and maintain a high standard of professionalism and vigilance.

• Provide unarmed security services at multiple client locations as assigned.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned sites.
• Report any incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security standards are met.

• Must have the ability to work a variety of sites.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid PERC card.
• Must have a valid 20-hour training record.

• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
