Job DetailsLocation: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday-Friday 10 pm-6 am (available holidays and some weekends)
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and professional Client Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure worksite for our clients. Responsibilities will include assessing and supporting all client account locations and staff at those locations on assigned shift.
The CSS leads by example, motivates our people to excel, assures compliance, client requirements, trains personnel and properly responds to issues and situations that may arise.
Responsibilities- Assess and support client account locations and staff on assigned shift
- Lead by example, motivate staff to excel, ensure compliance with client requirements
- Train personnel and respond appropriately to issues and situations
- Read, write and speak English
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- IL PERC
- 20-hour security certificate
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Must have a clean DMV
- Background (i.e. criminal, DMV, drug) screenings
- Work for any employer in the U.S.
- Physically fit to stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to work
- HS Diploma
- GED or H.S. Equivalent
- IL PERC Card
- Driver's License
- 20-hour IL security training certificate
