Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, observing for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unwanted behavior.;
Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor directions, and support adherence to location rules regarding authorized access and restricted areas.;
Complete patrol and incident reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as needed.
