Hiring Professional Security Officers (Unarmed)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):
  • An official photo .
  • Social security or equivalent.
  • Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview).
  • Ability to pass a background (Finger Print).
  • Working cellphone.
  • Reliable transportation — must arrive ON TIME.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed daily reports done in [Vision Insight Report Tracker].
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Clean, neat, professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  • Must follow UPA’s Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions.
  • Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.
