About the Position

Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager for a high-profile Healthcare Client. As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. You will lead from the front—guiding, developing, and motivating your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, make a real impact, and create a safer environment for those who count on you.

Are you a proven leader who thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments?

This is a unique opportunity to lead large‑scale operations at a high‑tempo hospital in the heart of Downtown Chicago, where your leadership directly impacts patient safety, staff experience, and operational excellence. As the Account Manager, you will have full ownership of a complex operation, overseeing a workforce of more than 200 team members, including Assistant Account Managers, Coordinators, Shift Managers, and Shift Supervisors.

  • You'll set the tone for performance, accountability, and collaboration—balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership in a setting where precision and people skills matter equally.
  • This role is primarily Monday‑Friday, day shift, offering structure and consistency, while also requiring the flexibility to step in during off‑hours, weekends, or emergent situations when hospital operations demand leadership presence.
  • Ideal candidates are highly organized, decisive, and confident leading diverse teams with varying work styles, all while maintaining high standards in a dynamic environment.
  • If you're energized by scale, complexity, and the opportunity to lead with purpose in one of the most critical settings imaginable, this role offers the challenge and impact you're looking for.
