As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, monitor access activity, and support security-related operations through strong communication and professional presence.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor front desk operations, greet visitors, manage access control processes, and verify credentials in accordance with property policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

+ Support tenant, guest, and vendor interactions by answering questions, providing directions, and documenting security-related events, requests, and/or unusual activity.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations through attentive presence at the front desk, visitor screening, and consistent application of post procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
