Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide security services with a customer-service approach and professionalism.;
Perform interior and exterior patrols to identify vulnerabilities and hazards; manage patient valuables and conduct contraband searches.;
Assist patients, visitors, and staff with information and directions; monitor traffic and confront unauthorized persons.;
Respond to emergencies, workplace violence, and service calls; de-escalate situations and use force when necessary.;
Investigate incidents on Advocate Health property and coordinate with law enforcement; deliver security awareness education to staff.
