Security Officer Medical Response Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic in high-activity healthcare areas;
Support healthcare location operations by communicating with staff regarding security-related concerns, following post orders, and assisting with incident response, de-escalation, and/or other assigned duties
