As a Security Officer Guest Services Desk in Chicago, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

* Monitor front desk operations, greet visitors, manage access control processes, and verify credentials in accordance with property policies.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

* Support tenant, guest, and vendor interactions by answering questions, providing directions, and documenting security-related events, requests, and/or unusual activity.

* Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations through attentive presence at the front desk, visitor screening, and consistent application of post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
