Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including lobbies, hallways, guest access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized access, unusual activity, and policy violations;
Support daily operations by assisting with access control, directions, and other security-related needs while maintaining a professional presence in a hospitality-focused environment
