Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide security services with professionalism and compassion, enforcing safety rules and regulations.;
Conduct interior and exterior patrols, identify vulnerabilities, and manage valuables/contraband as applicable.;
Respond to emergencies, de-escalate threats, and coordinate with law enforcement and first responders.;
Train and mentor probationary officers, maintain training records, and prepare lesson plans.;
Perform administrative duties, ensure accuracy of reports, and supervise uniform/equipment standards.
