Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or supervisors;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and help to confirm authorized entry of residents, guests, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with property procedures;
Maintain readiness for an armed residential post by following all applicable post orders, training, and authorized equipment protocols while performing assigned duties
