Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to observe visitor activity and report suspicious behavior;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Assist with closing procedures, lost and found matters, and crowd management during busy periods or after-hours
