Join our Residential Doorperson/Concierge team. We have a great opportunity with locations in Chicago. In this position, you are the ambassador to the property, enhancing the luxury appeal by demonstrating the most refined first impression to our client, residents, their guests and surrounding community. We will provide you with paid training to deliver our high standards of style, service, and personal attentiveness.

• Fill vacant positions on an on-call basis, as needed, with as much notice as possible.
• Commuting to provided locations within Chicago.
• Work evenings, nights, and holidays when required.
• Supervise resident move‑ins and move‑outs of the building.
• Greet all residents and guests confidently and cordially upon entering the property; announce and register guests and vendors/contractors.
• Assist individuals with local area information and directions in a service‑oriented manner.
• Maintain all areas including entryway, doors, lobby, and waiting areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
• Report damages and cleanliness issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain keys and daily logs; communicate effectively to colleagues during shift changes.
• Follow emergency procedures as directed.

Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Location:

Chicago, IL (Full‑Time/Part‑Time).

• Illinois PERC Card.
• 20‑hour security guard certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a high‑impact guest service environment; doorperson experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task while remaining composed and approachable.
• Ability to resolve issues successfully.
• Professional appearance with a positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor.
• Customer‑service driven with a passion to provide high‑level service.
