RoleSecurity Officer Front Desk Ambassador in Chicago, IL. You will greet visitors, manage access, and support a professional, welcoming environment at a front desk location. In this visible role, you will help address security-related concerns through strong communication and customer service. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity, you will make a meaningful impact each day.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a front desk location.
- Monitor lobby and entrance activity, manage access in accordance with site guidelines, and document visitor interactions, deliveries, and/or unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and preparing clear, accurate reports.
- Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence that helps deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior within the location.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
