• Under the direction of the Security Supervisor, perform administrative and operational duties for the site security team in collaboration with the Data Center Operations Team (DCOPS).
• Serve as an experienced client-facing security officer with clear and concise communication; protect personnel and company property.
• Manage access control, monitor CCTV systems, respond to incidents, and complete written reports.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support efficient data center operations, including Shipping & Receiving.
• Enforce security procedures based on policies set by Security Management; maintain vigilance and attention to detail to ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain familiarity with Security procedures, policies, and Company policies; provide guidance on security processes to ensure compliance.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Experience with standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment for a security team.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills; ability to detect and respond to security threats.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules; ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Excellent customer service in a client-facing environment; clear written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Ability to operate in a process-driven team environment; strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions; adaptability to a flexible schedule as required; strong teamwork.

• High School diploma or GED required; additional education or training in security-related fields is a plus.
• At least 1 year in a security role, or an equivalent combination of education and professional background; prior data center experience is a plus.
• Experience with administration and operation of access control systems, CCTV with digital recording, photo , and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and reliability in security responsibilities.
• Active certifications such as Certified Security Guard (CSG) or Certified Protection Officer (CPO) as mandated by state regulations, to be obtained within six months of commencing employment and maintained thereafter.

• Primarily walking, standing, bending; occasional sitting; ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to hear, speak, and use a telephone and walkie-talkie; communicate effectively with verbal, visual, and listening skills.
• Close visual work on a computer terminal; dexterity to operate keyboard and other instruments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb stairs and ladders.

• Data Center environment, including outdoor perimeter and grounds; exposure to various weather conditions, fumes, and odors; varying temperatures and loud noises.
• Extensive daily use of workstation or computer; on-site work only; PPE guidelines and NTT dress code must be followed.
• Support emergencies, respond to incidents, and be available outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays; participate in on-call protocol.
• BYOD program participation may be required; valid driver’s license for tasks involving company vehicles; background check and drug test required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable through NTT; forklift certification may be required.

Pay range: $20.19 - $28.85 per hour with overtime eligibility. Monthly device usage stipend may apply for the use of personal devices.
