Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or campus partners by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, credential checks, and/or after-hours entry procedures;
Complete routine reports, maintain awareness of campus activities and schedules, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel
