The role is to safeguard bank personnel, assets and property. Responsibilities include identifying and screening employees, visitors, maintenance workers and vendors; ensuring proper authorization for entry and exit; responding to emergency conditions; enforcing post orders; assisting customers and emergency responders; patrolling premises; and preparing incident reports. The position may also require Fire Guard or Fire Safety Director duties, depending on assignment.

• Capable of handling physical requirements of the position, including responding to emergencies and rendering aid.
• Minimum age 21 (USA only). Age exception can be approved if other qualifications are met.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Customer‑focused with good telephone skills.
• Maintains personal hygiene, neat dress and appearance.
• High school education or equivalent.
• State certification and licensing as required.
• Successful completion of drug test, criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and first aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Certified Fire Guard (if applicable).
• Ability to obtain Fire Safety Director certification (if required).
• Minimum one year of prior Security Officer experience; law enforcement or military experience may substitute.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid United States driver’s license or State .
• Valid pistol permit.
• Valid IL Armed Guard Card.
