Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Alarm Response

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and address trespassing, disturbances, and other security-related concerns;
Carry, maintain, and handle an assigned firearm in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and applicable laws
